FAQ’s

Q. Do you take custom orders?
A. Yes, depending. I cannot offer soldering, serious metalworking, etc. But if you’ve seen something here you like that has already been sold, odds are good I can make you a similar item. Best way to know is to ask!

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, for an additional charge.

Q. Where do you pull the information on gemstones from?
A. The Internet at Large, and also a book called “Essential Guide to Crystals,” by Simon & Sue Lilly. It’s a great little book if you enjoy reading about the properties of gemstones. Plus, it’s color-coded, so if you like to go by color, you can!

However, jewelry damaged by rough treatment will be subject to a repair charge (minimum $20), and pieces older than 30 days are not eligible under this policy. If the broken piece cannot be replaced for whatever reason, I’ll contact you to discuss options.
